Manage your lists
When you receive an email from us, look for the "Update Profile" link in the email footer and click it.
Confirm that you want to update your contact information by clicking the "Submit" button.
Check your inbox for an email with a link to access the Update Profile Form.
Click the "Update Your Profile" button in the email to go to the Update Profile Form.
On the Update Profile Form, update your contact information and select the mailing lists you want to join. If you don't select a list you're currently on, you'll be removed from that list.
Submit the form and you'll see a "Thank you" message confirming that the changes have been made to your contact profile. You can then close out of the page to return to your inbox.
