Join Us for Plants for Paws
June 20, 2026
Land Title Plaza, Downtown Walla Walla
Support Blue Mountain Humane Society while brightening your home with beautiful, locally grown houseplants at our annual Plants for Paws fundraiser.
Our dedicated volunteers have spent months cultivating a vibrant variety of plants, and proceeds will directly support the care and shelter of animals in need.
We look forward to seeing you there!
Pet Health Services for Income-Qualified Pet Owners
Blue Mountain Humane Society offers low-cost spay and neuter and basic preventative care for income-qualified pet owners. Spay and neuter surgeries help prevent unwanted litters. Preventative care like vaccines and nail trims helps pets stay healthy and avoid serious illness. We also microchip pets to help reunite them with their families.
Compassion in Action
Blue Mountain Humane Society, established in 1967, is a nonprofit animal shelter committed to the humane treatment of animals and to enhancing the bond between people and pets in our community. Our mission encompasses sheltering, medical care, and finding loving homes for abandoned, abused, and homeless animals. We offer adoption services, educational programs, and community outreach to foster a more compassionate world.
