Dog Jog 2021
We want to take a moment to thank all of the joggers, supports, sponsors, volunteers, and contributors to this years' Dog Jog. Over the last 9 days, we have been so grateful to be a part of a community as delightful and compassionate as this one. We have seen photos of YOU walking, running, jogging, or riding in your neighborhoods and we are so glad you've shared them with us. This Dog Jog has definitely been an odd one, but despite it being virtual, it has successfully raised money to support pets, helped local businesses, and brought our community together.
There were a few changes to this year’s event (besides not jogging together in person) so let’s recap what they were and how they helped us to see our community differently.
The discount card to local businesses was a neat addition to goodie bags and helped us give back a little to our neighbors.
The photos of participants joining from their streets and favorite trails gave us glimpses into the lives of our Dog Joggers.
Finally, nothing could beat meeting loads of adorable dogs through car windows at the pick-up event and having visible proof of how supportive and willing to adapt you all are.
We hope you can enjoy some of the photos submitted by following this link to our photo wall.
This video is the final Dog Jog Vlog for this year and it includes highlights from the goodie bag pick-up event and dog barkour as well as several photos contributed from Dog Joggers and their fur-ends. We hope you enjoy and we can't wait to see you next year for Dog Jog 2022!
