In compliance with Washington State law, spay and neuter services are available only for pet owners who qualify based on household income. The qualifying household incomes are listed below and are updated annually.

Further financial assistance is available to families who are WA/OR State low-income verifiable AND able to demonstrate that they are a recipient of a public assistance program.
You must attach proof of current public assistance when scheduling your appointment. Assistance programs include current food stamps/SNAP, Medicaid, CHIP, WIC, TANF, free/reduced lunches, and Section 8 housing. At least one of these documents, or a government-issued award letter in your name will be required to prove you currently qualify for state assistance.
