Our gate is open! Here’s what you need to know.

We are so excited to share that our gate is now open! But please take a moment to view this video or read the following instruction as there is a new parking procedure in place complete with new parking signs and a check-in system.

As you enter BMHS, you will be greeted with signs on either side of the entrance explaining that you can park at one of the numbered stalls at the front of the building and reminding you to put your mask on.

After you are parked in one of these spaces, the sign in front of you has a list of the numbers you can call or text, depending on the service that you need.

The number you can call for general assistance is still: (509) 525-2452. The number you text when you are there for a spay/neuter appointments is: (509) 519-4307

Once you have called or texted, please wait in your car for assistance. A staff member will be out shortly to help you. Thank you for your patience in learning our new system! We are thrilled to have an open gate once more.
